Job Title: Account Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Support – The primary duty of this role is to support & enable our headquarter sales team in executing core business functions and key initiatives throughout the year. Lead projects such as data analytics, creation of reports, presentations, database management, sales tracking, trade show coordination, promotional planning and execution.
- Customer Centric – Our core focus is always our customer, whether it be at the corporate level, manufacturer level or consumer level. This requires a commitment to their needs and the ability to multitask and pivot quickly to incoming demands as they arise.
- Potential Travel & Field Support – In this role, there will be travel expectations to support the team needs on an as needed basis. Examples of this could be attending trade shows as needed, traveling to Ace Corporate and assist in corporate initiatives, assist in field program resets, and coordinating sales material for product launches.

- MS Office – Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience
A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in an office, customer facing or retail environment. Previous experience in the hardware / co-op channel is beneficial.
